Working closely with UMG's leadership and portfolio companies, he helps ensure that growth is supported by strong governance, clear structures, and long-term alignment.
His leadership style is collaborative, pragmatic, and trust-based — focused on delivering clarity, accountability, and sustainable results. Alongside his professional work, Maunu is active in board governance, foundation leadership, and pro bono initiatives supporting the elderly and children.
